鮨杭做为济南日料的头部品牌，主打Omakase为主的高端食材，我们在去年为其进行了品牌升级。
主理人希望品牌无论从视觉还是菜品的角度，都能带有一些中式的元素。
因为第一家店是开在大明湖畔，而荷花又是济南的市花。我们参考了日式家纹的风格，以荷叶为原型进行了图形部分的设计。
水墨画则以侘寂风，描绘了抽象的荷花之景。
As the leading Japanese food brand in Jinan, Shishi Kui specializes in high-end ingredients based on Omakase. We upgraded its brand last year.
The manager hopes that the brand will have some Chinese elements, both visually and from the perspective of the dishes.
Because the first store was opened on the shore of Daming Lake, and lotus is the city flower of Jinan. We referred to the style of Japanese family patterns and designed the graphic part based on lotus leaves.
The ink painting depicts an abstract lotus scene using wabi-sabi style.
